If you wish to pay with credit card. SeaLife Helsinki Oy is functioning only as the marketer of the products and will also deliver the products to the buyer. SeaLife Helsinki Oy is thus only responsible for the marketing, delivery and possible reclamations. If necessary, reclamations can also be directed at Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail Oyj functions as the seller and the actual purchase will be between the customer (ie. buyer) and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all the duties included in the purchase. Paytrail Oyj is also the receiver of the payment.

The internet banking service is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with the Finnish banks. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and pays it then to the eShop owner. Internet banking is made via secured systems and eShop system administration cannot have access to customers' bank information at any point.
Internet banking is done via secured connection directly to the bank's system. SEA LIFE will never get any information regarding customer's bank details.
Electronically delivered products will be delivered to the given email account immediately after payment. Ordering these products requires a functioning email account. Gift vouchers are delivered through mail within 3-5 weekdays.
Email confirmation or the order number of the purchase of individual and family tickets is the admission ticket. Either a printed confirmation or the order number from the confirmation must be presented at admissions desk upon arrival. All individual and family tickets purchased at once must be used at one time. A part of the tickets cannot be saved to another time. Any other discounts or offers cannot be combined with e-tickets and unused tickets will not be redeemed back. Tickets are valid for one (1) month after purchase (except special tickets that have a specified validity dates). Tickets can be used for one time entry during the validity period. Tickets will not be exchanged into money. Annual Passes and gift vouchers are valid 12 months after purchase. Annual Passes are personal. Proof of identity is required upon entrance.
Gift vouchers are delivered via post to the address given by the buyer. Vouchers are delivered with an envelope, which can be given or posted forward to the wanted recipient. Gift voucher must be presented at admissions or shop desk in SEA LIFE. No money will be given as exchange if purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged into cash. Unused vouchers will not be redeemed back. Gift vouchers are valid 12 months after purchase.
Annual Pass Gift Vouchers:
Annual Pass Gift Voucher will be mailed to your registered address within 3-5 business days. Gift Voucher will be delivered with an envelope which can be given or mailed to a friend. The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the mailing date. Annual Pass Gift Voucher entitles the recipient to one adult / child Annual Pass. To receive the Annual Pass, Gift Voucher must be presented by the SEA LIFE admissions desk.
Annual Pass Gift Voucher can no be used for any other SEA LIFE tickets or products or redeemed back.
